📖 Encouraging Her Heart: The Pastors’ Wives Retreat (2025)

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: we’re sponsoring the 2025 Retreat for 40–50 pastors’ wives in the Philippines—and we’d love for you to partner with us in making this special event a reality.

These faithful women serve the Lord in often difficult and demanding circumstances, supporting their husbands, raising families, and shepherding church members behind the scenes. This retreat will offer them something they rarely receive: rest, renewal, and encouragement in the company of others who understand their unique calling.

Last year, we held our first in-person retreat after a long pause during the pandemic. For two and a half years, these women were unable to gather face to face. The time apart made our reunion even more meaningful—with new brides joining the fellowship and widows reminding us of God's sustaining grace. 

This year, we are eager to welcome them again and bless them in an even deeper way.

The 2025 Retreat will be three days and two nights long. It will include comfortable accommodations, delicious meals, a refreshing and air-conditioned meeting space, transportation for widows, an uplifting guest speaker, and a creative craft activity to enjoy together.

While the women will contribute a modest registration fee, we are seeking to raise $5,000 to subsidize the remaining costs. Thanks to a generous early gift, we already have $1,000 on hand, leaving just $4,000 to go.

We invite you to give as you are able—and just as importantly, to pray:

• Pray that each woman will experience deep spiritual renewal and encouragement in the Lord.

• Pray for their families, especially those with young children, that they will be healthy and joyful while Mom is away.

• Pray for the leaders and speakers, that we will follow God’s leading and serve with humility and grace.
