International Care Ministries

International Care Ministries (ICM) has been impacting the lives of the ultra poor around the world for over 30 years. Using a faith-based, business approach to alleviating poverty, ICM has impacted more than 2 Million individuals! On average, those individuals have increased their income by 107%, reduced sickness in their family by 10%, and increased their family safety net by 25%! 

More recently, ICM has been growing its efforts in the education space through its Family Academy program. In this program, parents are coached and given resources to teach their preschool aged children. ICM recently published research in partnership with Oxford University indicating that children in the program experience more than 50% gains in math and reading. The data showed that this growth is sustained as they enter school granting them significant advantages. Compared to other preschool programs, the study showed that Family Academy was significantly more impactful and implemented at a fraction of the cost.
