Emergency Services and Homeless Coalition of St Johns County Incor

The Homeless Coalition of St Johns County provides affordable housing and much-needed supportive services to vulnerable homeless families living in our community. The Coalition has 23 single family homes on a 5 acre campus located in West Augustine. While living on campus our families learn life skills, participate in rent reporting to build credit, secure employment, and become self-sufficient. Our mission is "To truly make a difference in the lives of St. Johns County homeless families with minor children by providing housing and services required for them to remain intact, stabilize their lives, save money, move into permanent housing, and break the cycle of homelessness and poverty".

We also provide a food pantry and supportive service office for those in need in our community. Volunteers are always needed!
