Crown of Beauty International exists to glorify God as we guide and aid individuals, families, and communities; individuals, families, and communities, to experience renewal, transformation and hope so they can live out their God-given potential (Isaiah 61:3).

Since 2005, Crown of Beauty International (COBI) has been impacting lives around the globe through conferences and our discipleship materials teaching women who they are in Christ in places where women are marginalized, shamed, abused and considered less than. Inspired by her own story, Sue Corl, COBI founder and Executive Director, wrote biblical materials that rely on the penetrating power of God's Word and His Spirit to bring new life to women influenced by lies from their religion and culture. Presented by our trained leaders and speakers, we have witnessed God uplifting women in His truth as women discover who they really are - daughters of the King created in God's image and likeness. These truths offer hope to our sisters, many who suffer under the scrutiny of lies and oppression in their culture. 

COBI also trains women leaders with our materials so they can teach and disciple other women. Our materials are translated in 12 languages so women can use these resources as they continue their spiritual journey.  The map below displays the countries where we have international teams using our materials, and the ongoing focus of the U.S. team. Our reach includes refugees from Sudan (in Uganda), Syria & Iran (in Armenia and Lebanon), and Ukraine (in Greece). 

Your gift today to Educational Conferences will support our international trips to Armenia (May 2025) and to Nepal (October 2025). Costs of $10,000 per trip is for multiple conferences in each country and includes: free attendance for 2-3 day educational and training conference; nutritious meals; printed booklets translated in their own language; and transportation for attendees. 

HUMANITARIAN AID/BUILDING FUND

COBI also partners with church planters in the impoverished country of Bangladesh where less than 1% are Christians; 91% are Muslim and 8% are Hindu. Because of limited resources, our COBI supporters have generously encouraged our partnership with Hope Community Church of Bangladesh, a registered Bangla church. Over the past five years, we have collected funds for food during COVID; a cow farm to offer economic income; goats to distribute to village families; Christmas blankets; and land for future worship building sites. Recently, our team traveled to Bangladesh (the 6th trip since our partnership began) to provide additional leadership training, visit the cow farm, and participate in the goat distribution. 

Your contribution to our humanitarian aid/building fund will support one of three needed buildings where the church family can meet. Currently, gatherings are in small homes that share space with crops or meet outside. A building would provide safe ample space for worship and studies. Each building is expensed at approximately $5000 each.
